Alright, first of all, I got my title for doing a bunch of work for the site. Such as the rune guide and some other things I can't tell you about yet. Next, that thread is entirely different. It's called "Greatest Quotes Ever," whereas this one is mainly meant to be quotes from people you actually know, which require at least a partial backstory to be even remotely funny. Like this one, from the girls one floor down, when ordering pizza. "You can't take the whole sausage?"

Also, this is a perfect example of what I mean by partial backstory:

If you read the first post, it states that the quotes can be from anywhere. I posted a few myself in there...

Sorry if I disturbed you with my allegations. It's just the fact that your a friend of Savio's... It just doesn't seem fair.

One other thing... just so you know, mods and supermods (aka Savio) can't change other people's titles. Only admins can.

You, Mathias Deathwater, and Savio are all in the same guild of the same guild. And it happened all at the same day...
And Mathias doesn't look like he posts often...

I'm sure mods can change other people's titles.

Ok, 1) Mods can't change other people's titles.
2) We're not in the same guild. Only Mathias and I are.
3) Mathias is a Site Contributor, so am I, and that class of people can also change their OWN title.

Hello all. No, a mod can not change a title. Only an Admin can. As a reward for their work, Site Contributors get a custom title that they can choose. Mathias does not post much, then again I'm not exactly that "avid" of a poster myself. Mathias, in the background, has been submitting me pictures, .zip files and more for database population. There is more to this site then a forum

I have projects for people for all areas of this site. Whether they be guides, articles, data collectors, graphics, the new auction system and more. A post count in the forums does not dictate someone's level of activity with this site. And can I tell you, I had no idea that all 3 of them were in the same guild. I have mods from the same guild as well... it doesn't speak of a conspiracy. Just that maybe like-minded people gather and contribute together. I can't tell you how many articles and guides I have from the Servants of Fortuna right now, how helpful and open their members are (just as an example). If I decide to make a number of them a Site Contributor with a custom title it's just that they are willing to help out.

Hopefully that clears some things up. And of course, if you have any questions or concerns please PM me.

It really should speak for itself. A green name and custom title means the person is a "Site Contributor". Which...SHOULD explain how they got their status. (They contributed to GWG in such a way as to have earned the title.) It's not a conspiracy, you people should've been able to figure that out!
